AMG Launches Dirty Joke Contest
The studio enlists some of adult's dirtiest minds to judge the Carnaval Poke 'n' Joke Competition.

Athletic Model Guild is hosting a dirty joke contest inspired by its latest release,
Carnaval, a tale of sex in Rio de Janeiro during the annual pre-Lenten celebration.
Based on the adult video's final scene - a masked ménage a trois between three Brazilian men disguised as a duck, a gorilla and George W. Bush - the Poke 'n' Joke Competition asks participants to submit their best dirty jokes about the current U.S. president.
Beginning April 1, jokesters may
email their best efforts to AMG. The best and worst of the lot will be posted to the studio's
blog, along with commentary from the panel of judges. Entries will be accepted until May 1, at which time AMG will narrow the field of competitors to the top 10 finalists. Within one week of the contest's closing date, judges Joanne Cachapero (
Xbiz), John D. (Fleshbot), Heather Riley (
Box magazine), Jack Shamama (Gay Porn Blog), Mark Adams (VideoView) and Mark Kliem (Lavender Lounge) will assess the top 10 entries on laughability, filthiness and quoteability, and three winners will be named.
All entries that refer to George W. Bush and have a decidedly filthy spin will be considered. Extra points will be given to finalist jokes that use all three of the masked characters in
Carnaval's final scene: a duck, a gorilla and the prez.
To qualify, jokes must be emailed along with the entrant's full name (no pseudonyms), mailing address and preferred e-mail address.
Prizes will be given for first through third places. The first-place winner will receive a signed copy of
Carnaval, a signed
Carnaval poster and the entire AMG Brazil library of 13 DVDs. The second-place joke will snag a signed copy of
Carnaval, a signed
Carnaval poster and copy of the
GAYVN Award-winning AMG title
Amazônia: Capture & Release. The third-place winner will receive a signed copy of
