NakedSword Plans Coverage of Chicago Weekend Events

SAN FRANCISCO - NakedSword plans to invade Chicago in a big way over Memorial Day weekend. The company will host and participate in events related to the Grabby Awards, Bear Pride and International Mr. Leather.

On Thursday, the NakedSword team will attend the Grabby Welcome Party at Spin in Boystown before heading to the Skin Trade party hosted by Chi Chi LaRue and FabScout.

On Friday afternoon, the team will be at the grand opening of the IML Leather Market. Following that, The Tim & Roma Show will cover a party at Hydrate.

"If you come to Hydrate between 6 p.m. and 9 p.m., you will be interviewed," Sister Roma said.

Later in the evening, NakedSword will join the Raging Stallion Studios party at the Lucky Horseshoe before heading to the TitanMen premiere party for Folsom Prison.

Saturday will be a big day for NakedSword, with Tim and Roma broadcasting live from the red carpet at the 10th Annual Grabby Awards. The event at the Park West Theater will commence with the cocktail reception at 7:30 p.m. Tim and Roma also intend to broadcast those festivities.

On Sunday night, NakedSword will sponsor the IML after party at Chicago's House of Blues.

A NakedSword representative said the company will film at all of the venues at which the team will appear or host.

"Our team of correspondents will be attending a bevy of events across the city," he said. "The highlight of the media tour will be the filming of the Tim and Roma Show at Hydrate on Friday. Everyone in the business is expected and encouraged to turn out for the press event of the weekend, only outdone by The Tim & Roma Show-sponsored red carpet and reception before the awards themselves."
