RentBoy to Host L.A Pool Party
The party will occur Aug. 23 at a private estate in the Hollywood Hills.

RentBoy is hosting a
pool party at a private estate in the Hollywood Hills on Aug.23. The event will benefit the
Sisters of Perpetual Indulgence, an "order of queer nuns ... promoting human rights, respect for diversity and spiritual enlightenment."
Actually, it's more of a two-pools party. (What Hollywood estate is complete without two pools?)
The party is expected to draw many of the boys from RentBoy in addition to well-known gay adult performers including Nick Capra, Barrett Long, Kyle Foxxx, Rusty, Ryan Conners and Kelly Cooper. DJ Chi Chi LaRue will spin tunes in the afternoon.
A cash bar provided by Numbers in West Hollywood, a special performance by dance diva Pepper Mashay, a nighttime drag show with Austria Andrews and Princess from Tennessee, sexy entertainment and stimulating conversation are included as well, organizers said.
"This year's series of pool parties were filled with such enthusiasm, we had to bring it to Los Angeles," said RentBoy's West Coast liaison, Brandon Baker. "We are thrilled to have such a great connection between the fans and the industry's all-stars. Prepare for a full day of fun and stories to tell all year long."
Prior 2008 RentBoy events have included pool parties in Palm Springs, Calif., Pittsburgh and Ft. Lauderdale, Fla.
Ticket prices start at $47 for general admission. A limited number of VIP tickets is available for $125. The VIP tickets include access to a special VIP floor for interaction, a gift bag worth more than $150, valet parking and early entry.
