Chi Chi LaRue to Open Brick-and-Mortar Store
The boutique will offer DVDs, novelties and apparel, among other things.

LOS ANGELES -
Channel 1 Releasing in November will open its first brick-and-mortar store, aptly named "Chi Chi LaRue's" after the iconic director who also is a partner in the company.
The upscale Chi Chi LaRue's boutique will carry the entire Channel 1 catalog of more than 2,000 gay adult titles in addition to novelties, lubricants, condoms, apparel, cards, photo books, calendars and more.
"This is the first time a customer will be able to find every
Rascal, All Worlds,
Catalina and
Dirk Yates title under one roof, as it is physically impossible for retailers to stock our full library," C1R partner Rob Novinger said.
While the store will carry mostly Channel 1 products, C1R will be working closely with key partners to offer all the adult essentials. Novelties, including the Rascal Toy line and a new line of Chi Chi LaRue-branded toys, will be provided exclusively by Topco Sales. An exclusive arrangement has also been made with
ONE Condoms .
"This place is going to be over-the-top fabulous," LaRue said. "I'm thrilled to be opening a store where customers can come and get the full Chi Chi experience. It will also be a great place for us to hold in-store appearances where fans can come and be a part of it all, then take home some delicious porn and naughty goodies."
Chi Chi LaRue's first boutique will be located at 8923 Santa Monica Boulevard in the heart of West Hollywood, just east of Robertson Boulevard. The VIP grand opening party will take place at the store, with LaRue's notorious birthday celebration to follow, LaRue said.
