AMVC Buys Fresh Boyz Productions
AMVC acquired all assets, including DVDs and websites.

SEATTLE -
AMVC, an amateur video production and distribution company, has purchased worldwide rights to all amateur gay content owned by Fresh Boyz Productions. Financial details were not disclosed.
Included in the purchase were the three DVDs already released on AMVC's website, the domain name
F-Boyz, photos and video clips.
"Although this wasn't a huge sale, we felt the Fresh Boyz content would integrate well with our own productions and previous adult company purchases we've made over the years," AMVC co-owner Allen McNulty said. "I'm not sure why they wanted to sell their videos and branding, but we're contacted several times a year by amateur studios listed on our site asking if we'd be interested in buying them out."
AMVC is owned and operated by On the Edge of Cyberspace Inc.
