Bijou to Host October Spotlight, Homecoming Party
October's Spotlight Series focuses on the life and career of Steve Scott.

Bijou Theater's October is packed with special activities to suit the tastes of anyone who's old enough to enjoy adult entertainment.
The theater's monthly Spotlight Series, scheduled for Oct. 13-15, will focus on the life and career of director Steve Scott with screenings of three of his pre-condom films:
Non-Stop, Track Meet and
Dangerous. In
Non-Stop, horny airline steward Steve Collins visits a friend in New York and has about as much sex as a person can handle in one day. Beautifully lensed and starring beautiful, masculine men, the film is both a wild romp and a reminder of the way porn used to be. One scene takes place in the now-demolished Chelsea Piers, one on a rooftop and another in a stairwell.

AVN review as "Steve Scott at his best,"
Track Meet incorporates romance, forcefulness, affection and lovemaking as a young man (lean, long-legged, saucy-eyed Gavin Geoffrey) discovers himself and the world of gay sex. Released in 1976, it explores a young track star's struggle to "come out" and accept himself.
In
Dangerous, Jim Rogers takes a naughty little foray into the world of anonymous blowjobs after his boyfriend (played by Michael Braun) is arrested for sucking cock in a public bathroom.
Tickets for the Spotlight Series are $20 and allow admission to all three nights' main events.
Bijou will celebrate College Dorm Weekend Oct. 24-26 with special screenings and live dancers. On Oct. 26,
Raging Stallion Man of the Year
Ricky Sinz will host an honest-to-goodness kegger at 3 p.m.
Tickets for the weekend are $32 through Oct. 18.
