BEVERLY HILLS, Calif. - AdultVest announced Wednesday that it will offer its online "investor-matchmaking" service free during the beta phase of its revamped website. 

 

"We have a large following of investors and business buyers looking for opportunities," said Andy Oleykowski, the company's director of operations. "This is a great way for solid adult businesses to connect directly with prescreened investors and buyers who we know are looking to invest in the adult-entertainment market."

 

AdultVest's business listings are accessible by qualified accredited investors and financial institutions - including hedge funds, private equity, venture funds and investment banks - that have registered with the site. The site is intended to help adult companies connect with investors, business buyers and strategic partners.

 

AdultVest also is for companies interested in opportunities such as going public, forging long-term relationships with financial institutions and raising money to buy out partners or competitors.
