Industry’s First Online Recruiting Firm Launched

VANCOUVER, British Columbia - X Industry has announced its launch of X Industry Jobs, which is said to be the adult industry's first online recruiting firm. The site features a system for identifying, interviewing and verifying candidates for a company's hiring process, which aims to provide satisfying matches.

"X Industry Jobs was created because of the lack of places for companies to go to find quality candidates to fill job openings within their companies," said Eddie Kreider, X Industry Jobs VP Business Development/Partner. "X Industry Jobs will aggressively look in the industry to help fill these positions, and depending on the clients criteria we may bring in mainstream candidates as well."

According to the representative, the company strives to acquire top talent for the positions its clients seek to fill. The company conducts a candidate search, gathers referrals, interviews and tests candidates, and checks references.

X Industry was founded by a privately owned company that is run by adult-industry veterans.
