Penthouse, Nomad NetworX Ink Oz, NZ Distribution Deal

General Media Communications Inc., a wholly-owned subsidiary of Penthouse Media Group Inc., has signed a multi-year, exclusive agreement with Nomad
NetworX, an Asia Pacific mobile adult content aggregator, to distribute Penthouse-branded mobile content throughout Australia and New Zealand.
Branded offerings will include photos, images, wallpaper, videos, and multimedia assets from the Penthouse library, including Penthouse Variations and Penthouse Letters, along with the recently acquired Jill Kelly Productions library. New programming designed specifically and exclusively for mobile distribution also will be part of the mix.
“We’re confident of the ability of an established local partner like Dan Rosen and the team at Nomad NetworX to package and promote Penthouse and its affiliated brands into popular mobile offerings for customers in Australia and New Zealand,” said PMGI President of Licensing Mark Rudolph. “They are committed to ensuring that Penthouse remains commercially compelling to both carriers and consumers alike.”
Nomad NetworX Chief Exeuctive Officer Dan Rosen agreed.

Penthouse currently licenses the publication of 12 international magazine editions, including one for Australia; produces and licenses video programming for television, video-on-demand, DVD, mobile, and broadband distribution; operates Penthouse.com; licenses products with a range of manufacturers and distributors, and licenses Penthouse Boutique stores and its online store, PenthouseStore.com. In addition, Penthouse magazine comes to life in Penthouse Club facilities across North America.
Nomad NetworX’s other premium content partners in the adult realm include Private, Raging Stallion, and Club Jenna. The company has distribution deals with mobile operators including Hutchison’s 3 and Virgin Mobile.
