The Association of Sites
Advocating Child Protection announced Tuesday that Theresa Flynt of Hustler
has joined its advisory council.
The advisory council consists
of industry leaders who volunteer to help direct ASACP's efforts and resources.
Members represent different industry segments and provide input on matters such
as strategic planning, business practices, technology, service development,
government outreach and marketing.
"I am excited to join forces with
the other advisory-council members from AVN, XBiz, TrafficDude, Epoch,
Cybersocket and Moss Consulting in order to work together with a common goal to
protect children," Flynt said.
Flynt, who is responsible for
creating the Hustler Hollywood retail chain, oversaw its design, building and
day-to-day operations. Since then, she has served as Hustler's executive vice president
of licensing and brand bevelopment and headed up Hustler Video's marketing division. AVN
magazine named her among the adult industry's 50 most influential

"Theresa's background in
marketing and her vast knowledge of large business systems and the adult-entertainment
industry will be a great asset to ASACP," said Executive Director Joan Irvine.
"ASACP is expanding so much right now, and we are thrilled to have Theresa on
board during this exciting time."
