PopPorn.com, an entertainment blog created
to offer an edgy and snarky perspective on the adult industry, has been
launched.
Editor Brian Bangs said the blog will cover current events with
a unique sense of humor about the porn business.
"PopPorn.com is sure to be one of the most original adult
news sites out there," he said. "I mean, with writers named Spock Buckton and Meat
Ball writing for us, how can it not be? The response has been great so far,
including threatening phone calls from adult starlets about published pieces,
so it looks like we're off to a good start."
Bangs said the site will be updated every weekday, featuring
news articles, interviews with adult performers and product reviews. He said
the roster of writers includes Digital Playground contract starlet Stoya and
several "horny teenage girls."
Bangs said webisodes of "New This Week," in which Spock Buckton
will review the week's "hottest" adult films alongside a topless PopPorn.com
girl, will be added every Tuesday and Friday.
