Licensed to Blow is Catalina Cruz’s instructional course for porn stars that want to brush up on their oral skills. At the end of each scene (or “course”), our industry professionals get officially certified and licensed — to blow.

In the opening POV scene, Catalina shows how it’s done. Eva Angelina arrives to share camera time with Catalina in the next scene, another POV; but what’s most fascinating is how Eva manages to keep her glasses steady on the bridge of her nose while sucking cock. The girl is all-pro. Catalina returns to help Carmella Bing suck off two guys. Penny Flame and Rita Faltoyano team up on Barry Scott’s wood. And Monica Sweetheart shows how the Europeans do it in the final scene.

Some lighting issues at times, but overall a solid b.j. release with girls who truly need no instruction.
