Fantasy Fest in Key West is an often-covered event of uncovered babes in various stages of dress, undress, kinkiness, costumes and body paint. This yearly Halloween treat brings out the crazies, loonies, gawkers, exhibitionists, nudists, tourists and other less conventional folks of all shapes and sizes. While this does show off plenty and give the viewer a great cross example of things that occur, there is nothing much more than “R” to see other than the nudity and occasional light groping and kissing.

This is almost like a home vacation video, as a lot of the action follows two cute girls who walk all over the place showing less skin than most of the people on the streets. This tends to get a bit, well … repetitive after a while despite all of the nudity, and one quickly tires of hearing the cameraman beg for the girls to give their permission on camera to use the footage.
