Although the vignettes featured in the latest installment of this visually arresting series aren't as edgy or compelling as those found in previous volumes, it remains a treat for the eyes. Quick and creative edits, along with the ominous use of light and shadow, provides a noir'ish charm to each encounter.

Director Robby D. is always at his best when he fulfills the promise of danger often underlining his set-ups. In this outing, that danger comes in the sexy form of Hillary Scott. D channels The Shining's Grady Twins to create a haunting scene that finds Scott Nails tormented by Hillary's child-like ghost. "Do you want to play?" she asks. Indeed he does.
