This is a refreshing title: it doesn't really try to do anything but show good, fun fucking. Rather than focus on one type of sex, it gives us a grab bag of fun: reach your hand in and pull something good out. Anal, straight fucking, cream pie, girl/girl - take your pick. Sex is fun, so director Williams shows people having fun while having sex. Sometimes this gets lost in high concept hardcore.
