The answer to what makes a T-Girl special should be obvious, right? Curiously, for longer stretches than necessary, the makers of this release seem to forget. Why else would the shooter's compositions frame close-ups of various trannies sucking cock... which happen to look just like standard hetero hummers?

Other than said minor deficiencies (plus a dopey paramilitary angle that's barely exploited) these Asian gender-benders have the right stuffing: passable qualities, and wonder of wonders - a bevy of functional dicks are on hand! And in mouth, in ass and popping all over the place.
