Fighting for the right to fuck! This hilarious spoof of the real life condom law in Los Angeles depicts an all-condom porn industry complete with bumbling "condom cops," confused performers and a sleazy politician who initially backs the proposition but soon realizes that no one, himself included, wants to watch porn with condoms! Starring some of the hottest girls in the business, all sales proceeds go directly to funding the fight against the "Measure B" condom law.
Lola Foxx is about to seduce Anthony Rosano as thanks for helping her open a pickle jar, but suddenly, a lookout announces that the "condom police" are just outside, and the set erupts into chaos, with everyone scrambling to put on rubber gloves, face masks, etc.
They can thank Tommy Pistol, doing his best Michael Weinstein impression, who tells the press that thanks to Measure X, "Los Angeles is now safe from the scourge of unprotected porn stars." He also introduces "Sheila Luggins" (Jayden Jaymes) of the "Pink Pinwheel Foundation," with whom he'll make the porn industry "find God."
Back on the set, Lola and Anthony get down to their non-condomized business, beginning with muff-diving, finger-fucking, rimming and b.j. before the tiny brunette lets him take her doggie-style, mounts him for cowgirl and spreads for mish before he splooges on her ass.
But when crewman Chris Cock suggests to director Derrick Pierce that they make a film exposing the real effects Measure X would have on adult films, Pierce fires him—and while drinking away his troubles, he's seduced by Adrianna Luna, who wants him to show her "everything [he] knows about banging." They wind up kissing on the couch, and after some hot foreplay, he's rocking her world with cowgirl, doggie, sidesaddle and mish before coating her lips with his spew. But after it's over, Pierce confesses he feels guilty and "dirty" for having fucked her without her having an STD test.
Back at the office with Jayden and Tommy, the busty brunette regales him with her imagined sexual escapades, which leads Tommy to want to jerk off to internet porn—and after several disappointing hits, exclaiming, "Condom porn sucks!"
But when Jayden is rebuffed trying to save performer Jessie Lee for Jesus, she heads home ... to girlfriend Bonnie Rotten, who helps her pay the rent with a hot webcam show that includes plenty of pussy-licking, fingering, a buttplug and dildo play—before their computer screen lights up with Tommy's face, accusing them of failing to comply with Measure X by not using dental dams—and sending the condom police to their door!
But depressed over their respective sex lives, Jayden and Tommy decide to solve their own sexual problems—and shoot it on Tommy's iPhone. It's easily the movie's best scene, with Tommy recording Jayden's striptease, interrupted by his rimming her ass. Phone apparently forgotten, Tommy furiously licks Jayden's pussy and tits, and she applies equal energy to sucking his cock. Mish on the desk follows, as does sidesaddle, doggie and reverse cowgirl, with more oral in-between—but it's both players' exclamations of delight that put this scene over the top. (Well, that and Jayden's excellent hip action in the reverse cowgirl.) His splooge to her tits is almost an anticlimax—but not Derrick's bursting in on them and accusing them of violating the very law they've sworn to uphold!
As political satires go, Measure X is a good one, and its humor, combined with excellent sex, easily pushed it into AAAA country. Also, double kudos to the cast and Zero Tolerance for donating all of their time and the profits from this movie to the legal fight against Measure B!
