Essentially, Countdown to Pain is just a long sex scene with some moderately outré elements tossed into the mix, featuring petite, comely Savannah Stern and Frank Towers.

The general idea is that she outcalls her dom-ish demeanor for johns (and Franks) using a special game: "You can't cum before the timer rings." Then, she interjects some dressing-down epithets, facesitting maneuvers and pony rides atop the john - er, Frank. Overall, both elements mesh with the expected results. As a sex scene it's far too lengthy, and as a dom scene it's far too short. Furthermore, the size difference makes it difficult to believe the john ... uh, Frank - is really all that submissive. Nice b.j., though.
