A psychiatrist who uses his practice to sexually torment his patients enters into a dark, sexual underworld with his most depraved patient, a seemingly sweet young woman with a taste for control, fear and pain. With her, he will confront the sins and pain of his own past, including the betrayal of his long-suffering wife and his involvement in the death of her sister, a patient who he drove mad. And in so doing, he will find that pain is the greatest pleasure there is.
With quite possibly the most unsexy DVD front cover this reviewer has seen in quite a while, this moody, dark drama written by former Wicked Pictures contract director David Stanley tells the tale of kinky shrink Alan Stafford’s dalliances with his patients.
Mentally ill Kimber Day gets supposedly driven to suicide by Stafford’s extreme sexual desires and how he uses his practice to groom partners for his rough play. Stafford’s performance is strong and emotionally true, and definitely the highlight of the very dark proceedings with no real ending at all. The camerawork during the sex scenes is uneven in quality, but fans of the performers will enjoy what’s here.
Stafford pours a glass of water over Day’s face and mouth before some hot vag along with some tit-fucking. Marie McCray pretends to choke Stafford before he fucks her twat. Patient Siri describes friend Steven St. Croix’s love of sex toys along with St. Croix’s stranger pickup of Bailey Blue, and there’s a hot three-way with them where Siri’s consent isn’t evident at first. Blue gets double penetrated by St. Croix and a dildo attached to a power drill.
