Lacto Lesbos 4 is all about, predictably enough, ladies with milky titties getting it on with each other.

What that means is a whole lot of tit play, which, for milk fans, is pretty fun. However, what we're looking at, for the most part, is long stretches of time where two women milk each other like cows.

Not that it's always a bad thing, but it does have the cumulative effect of being sort of slow. And, since there seems to be more emphasis placed on the ‘lactating' part, and not quite as much on the ‘lesbians,' that might leave all but the most sincere fetishists a little cold.

It's pretty average.
