One would assume that the theme here involved lecherous doctors or nurses who, under the guise of innocent actions, find excuses to fondle the breasts of these well-endowed young gals. Interestingly, the reverse is true: it is the gals who manipulate matters to their favor—which the viewer witnesses mostly in a POV manner.

Take already naturally busty Cassidy Banks. Greedy for bigger boobs, she comes on to the doc and suggests working out a trade for a “procedure” in exchange for sex. Then you have Loni Evans who likewise wants hers to be made bigger, and after a lengthy POV breast squeeze fest, the doc agrees to it and sex.

It turns out that Banks is also a nurse, and her pre-exam with Julie Kay, which could have easily evolved into a healthy girl/girl fling, abruptly ends before it begins and cuts to Kay blowing the doctor.

The other scenes run along the same path and feature Raven Bay and Brooklyn Chase, who want something from their respective medical professionals—like big(ger) tits or a reduction in their bill. And these busty babes have ways to get what they want.
