Housebound scenes with average Euro-talent in various compromising positions. No dialogue, except for occasional whispered asides, and scenes get set up with a quick peek outdoors as the talent meets up and walks indoors before The Inevitable. The talent is young, enthusiastic and surgically unaltered (the pube shaves are, technically, an alteration) and the apartment setting is bright, cheery, and well-lit. The angles are well-chosen and give the viewer a good look at the action. If your customers want to see no-frills Euro-fuckin' this will fill the bill nicely.
