The black women in this video all glisten with sex appeal and oil but the coupling never heats up to boiling. Oh, there is some very nice tease and everyone goes through all their paces but ignition is not assured for the majority of viewers.

The second vignette is the best, where a female police officer books a guilty law-breaker. Obviously, the perpetrator is guilty because she's a minority and this is Los Angeles and Rod Fontana is striving for authenticity in his depiction of the gritty underbelly of the City of Angels. He does an even better job playing a watch officer in this overcrowded jail. Just like the Rampart Police Scandal Rod makes decisions that are in his best interest. He tells the arresting black female officer, "You get credit for the collar," and then he tells the busty perpetrator, "and, you don't have to pay the fine." Then she works out her community service right there on the desk.
