Big fun in this one. Director Joe Gallant tells the tale of a young girl's search for thrills that leads to the seamy Hollywood scene. If it seems reminiscent of the plot of any number of '70s exploitation films, it should.

The acting is stiff and stilted as befits this type of movie, which adds to the appeal. And Gallant's decision to mix HD video with Super-8 film and bounce between color and black and white gives a sort of Natural Born Killers aesthetic to the proceedings.

Hopefully, the unique visuals and funny script won't be overlooked despite the amount of product on the market. Oh, yeah, the sex is well shot, too.
