In an attempt to return to its roots, this volume of the Deep Throat saga has Aja undergoing an operation to remove the clit in her throat and place it where it properly belongs — but that's only the video's opening. The majority of the story is Aja realizing what her problem is. For instance, she feels something funny in her throat as she begins a lovemaking session with Peter North (mish, reverse cowgirl, doggie), but her inability to suck his cock inspires her to see Dr. Robert Bullock about the problem. But it's only when she deep throats Scott Irish (followed by 69, mish and doggie) that she begins to get the tingly message.

Also worth checking out are the performances by top star Tracey Adams (as Bullock's nurse, to whom he gives a complete physical), and patient Megan Leigh, who strips for Bullock, and with Adams' help, pleasures him on his desk, continuing with Adams alone after Bullock leaves.
