Penny Lane is the feminist editor of some sort of magazine who sends reporter Busty Belle to spy on the members of a private mens' club. Seems this club has hired some women on as sexual play things, the cads! Busty gets an eyeful of what's going on, and pretty soon another part of her anatomy is also full. She is the highlight of this definitely decent, though misleadingly titled feature.

While the Busty/Penny girl/girl is somewhat limp, Busty's later encounter with Nikki Knights and Elise is just the opposite. Even Steve and Susan Vegas are able to rise a bit above their usual act which has been bordering a bit on ennui. A nice trio scene of Busty/Lady Samantha and Cal Jammer tops off this flouncy little entry, and should be a hit with Busty fans.
