Their self-expressed reason for including smoking as the main fetish is to portray the gals as bad girls. Fortunately, the Surgeon General doesn't find it detrimental to combine smoking and sex, and most of these women probably smoke in bed without needing tobacco. A statement to the effect that no fingers were burnt during the taping of this film would have been nice.
