Arty videography is the meat in this Rick Savage sandwich. Silent tableaus of chained women being whipped about their privates are accorded most of the usual MTV-style filter-and-solarization effects. The bread around this project is the wager Savage makes with uptown Mistress Ursula. He bets that her slaves are unfaithful, that they are submitting to other Masters. If he wins, she must become his slave.

His proof is found in his video collection. Her precious slaves Cinnamon and Alexis are tortured by Lady Zena and Mistress Sapphire and it's all on tape. Ursula is ordered to undress, clip on a dog collar and submit to Savage's ministrations to her flesh with a toilet scrubber. She is bound to a chair and forced to watch Savage's videos. When she turns away in horror he whacks her with his deerskin whip and hollers, "Watch television!" And she should, because he actually does have a good variety of techniques on parade.
