The setup is that on some lost weekend, people are being given enemas containing a mysterious Asian potion. Whatever. Basically, what we've got here is good solid enema tape that doesn't lose sight of the inherent D/s component of enema play. For dramatic purposes, the recipient is supposed to be squirming, uncomfortable and pleading for relief. And the girls in this tape carry that business off very well, especially Smiles and Moore.

The best scene of the tape leads it off: McCullough and Moore. McCullough's a very effective Domme without resorting to snarling and histrionics.

Insertions are obscured and all enemas are expelled off-camera.
