Three longish scenes where women are definitely in command. Like the opener, where Samantha finds that her married aunt (Tasha Hunter) is having a lesbian affair and coerces her into sex with herself and her husband Pat Myne. Or the scene where Alana shaves Todd Alexander's pubes, calling him a "fuck toy," then sucking him to erection and fastening a cock ring on him so she can use him like, well, a fuck toy. Closer has Eastern European cuties Sheila, Caroline Cage and Monica Cameron coming to a hillside abode for a ménage a cinq with Mickey G. and Jon Dough. Their subtitled dialogue indicates they are contemptuous of the guys, and before they leave they swipe the money out of their trousers.

Co-director/scriptwriter Henri Pachard fashions effective vignette scenarios with a minimum of dialogue and a maximum of impact. Images by Jane Waters and Early Chaos serve the material well.
