Kyle Stone plays a CIA agent investigating the Bottom Dweller -- the rest of what constitutes the plot is a rambling mish-mash about secret agents and Eastern block intrigue and sex therapy as dictated by Bowltree (Patrick Collins).

Tony Tedeschi likes the company of animals more than people, so T.J.Hart gives him lessons on human relations beginning with a little saliva therapy. A scene with Alex Sanders fingering a bound Lena Ramon while J.J. Michael s fucks Kristin Kane ends up sounding like female Tarzan tryouts, with the women vocalizing their passion like crazy. Herschel Savage plays Anastasia Blue's father, he has issues with her being a porn star. Bowltree's advice along these lines is to administer a little aversion therapy, which consists of Savage making love to Ryan Connor in front of Blue, while Bowltree administers electric shock to Blue's tits and ass.
