"The gunsel with the roscoe kissed the cat's map with an ounce of lead as two grifters packing buzzers sent him off to a Harlem sunset." Now that's fucking noir. On the other hand, the voice-over dialogue handed to cigarette-smoking Kelly Nichols, who essays the role of a hardboiled dick on a case more vague than the movie version of The Big Sleep, rings a little hollow in the clip joints of palookaville. Still, here's a nifty idea, combining noir with bondage; and it almost works to the fullest extent. In one crackling scene, Nichols hogties and whips Bridgette's ass to force a confession out of her, and Tori Sinclair, as the client, is ravishing. She's even more so in a bit where she gets tortured by pussy clips.
