Kelsey Heart has just gotten out of rehab. Apparently she hasn't heeded the 12-Step program's "Stay away from people, places and things" edict, because she's gone right back to her white trash existence with husband Jay Ashley and his tweaker friends. Staying clean must send her into such an existential tailspin that she allows herself to be violated in a double penetration from Ashley and Damien Michaels; what's more, she even acts like she enjoys it.
