Tera Patrick is a phone-sex operator - or maybe a hooker - in this stylish five-scene vid. Intense color in the sex scenes and letterboxing throughout add to the sensual feel, although there is an occasional tech misstep (a mic peeking from a corner of the frame, a voice saying "Ring!" instead of the sound effect that should have been dubbed in). There's nothing wrong with the sex, though, particularly the two scenes with Patrick - one with Randy Spears, one an intense workout with Nacho Vidal - and the closer with April and Backey.
