If you don't already have a Watcher shelf, clear some space and make it so.
Traumatized Shelbee Myne (in a performance of merit) is guided from a state of catatonia to one of coital awareness under the auspices of Dr. Pat and his unorthodox practices. After witnessing at close range the gunning down of her significant other, she remains unresponsive until about the third load of physician's formula splashes across her face. Sure, this would restore anyone's senses.
In the bargain the viewer gets Vivid-pretty performers turning in randier-than-standard performances (anal, anal, anal) in an effective and ominous institutional setting, complete with straightjackets and padded cells. Nice.
Robby D.'s well-intentioned series has burgeoned into a stylish standard-setter, and his sure hand is evident everywhere, from story to direction to camerawork. The videography in particular is commendable, with notable shots in every set-up.
