Hey, kids! It's two of your favorite authority figures doing exactly the kind of thing that gives you shivers and quivers of fear and delight.

First off, Master Steelow dresses up convincingly as a crazed cop with a helpless woman at his mercy. After arresting Thessa he suspends and abuses her in his dungeon lair, undressing her and subjecting her to metal handcuffs, spanking, hair pulling, excellent verbal attacks, a riding crop, spreader bar, stiletto heel shoe gag, clamps, a slapper, and - well, other stuff.

Having had all the fun he wants as a man in blue, it's time to play doctor to ever-so-patient Samantha, who doesn't seem at all distressed by the unusually invasive procedures he performs on her. The only time she really winces is when he extracts the six hypos he'd earlier inserted into each of her small breasts. Then, being concerned about hygiene and all, he slathers them each up with rubbing alcohol and really gets her attention.
