Hot and wacky tale of two X-Files-esque FBI agents investigating an outbreak of "nymph fever." Thanks to a man-made virus, the dead are coming to life all over the city and bringing back libidos that just can't be satisfied. There's something here for everyone, including a hot and athletic session on a tombstone and some tasty anal action. The box is a tad misleading with its focus on Brianna Banks (she's in there, but so are lots of other delectable beauties). But with its campy storyline and funny dialogue, Nymph Fever 4 satisfies all around.
