Vivanica and Candy Cotton are co-captains of the "Valley Cheerleader Sorority" - why it's a sorority, as opposed to a squad, is never explained - and their duty seems to be to fuck every available athlete while teaching younger yell queens how to yell... when fucked.

Unfortunately, not much of the fucking is worth writing home about. The exception is Cotton's long d.p. in the finale with Cheyne Collins and Mark Anthony. Oh, most of the gals give it the good college try - but somehow, they manage to snap defeat from the jaws of victory.
