Since four of these scenes take place in doctors' offices, we can only assume the Devil has an M.D. after his name - or however they describe doctors in Budapest or Prague, one of which cities is where this tape was shot. The actors speak English, however.

Best of show are the last two scenes, where a couple visits a marriage counselor, who winds up having sex with the wife, ending in a d.p., while his nurse masturbates - then she corrals the husband and fucks him mish, spoon and anal reverse cowgirl on the reception room couch.
