Reviews

This is a nasty little psychological thriller. Linda Diego (married to Mike Horner) and Charlene Aspen are old college buddies known as the "evil twins" because of their shenanigans in school - but these aren't silly college pranks like TP'ing the rival sorority house; the phrase "Super glue in the condom" is used. Not only that, but inside five minutes of screen time Aspen is on her knees in front of Horner blowing him as Diego, unaware, bids him goodnight. That sex scene ends on a note of real-or-fantasy? ambiguity as the camera jumpcuts to a close-up of Horner as Diego tells him about when Aspen caught her boyfriend cheating on her... and blood spatters the ceiling ending that flashback.

Y'see? Nasty.

Horner, scared, engages pal Steve Austin to tail Aspen.

"Why me?"

"It's your job."

"I'm a meat inspector."

That's like being a detective, don't ya see?"

Austin follows the pair to a walk-through haunted house where Diego, encouraged by Aspen, trysts with Holly Hollywood as Aspen (and Austin) watch. Later Austin follows Aspen as she does outcall Dom work with vanilla married couple Kyle Stone and Julie Meadows. Austin is taking pictures outside the house when Aspen walks up...

There are only a few cards Markman can have up his sleeve at this point, and we all know them. However, he keeps the viewer guessing right up to the payoff and that is worth noting, appreciating, and spot-picking.

Five sex scenes, all easily excisable for cable. Pre-nom for script and direction.
