Diner waitress Drew Hurlie gets a plane ticket to L.A. and a pair of red "Power Panties" as a tip from a reprobate who can't pay the check. She comes to L.A and watches some pretty frenetic sex between other Power Panties users - and even gets into it herself, taking the last scene with Evan Stone - who was the reprobate back in Kansas.
Plot is practically indiscernible, but sex is good and solid. Hurlie reacts well to the things she sees, and the Volume 1 in the title implies that there's more Power Panties to come. Vid's tag line - "Whoever wears the panties has the power" - ain't exactly news, though.
