It takes until the third scene before this humorous tape gets rolling sexually, as Kennedy gets it on with Lee Stone, after the thin brunette supplies a series of pick-up line do's and don't's that either work or don't with real estate saleswomen. What always works here is the funny script, and if there were more of it, we'd consider a nomination, but as it is, the lines get yocks - as, occasionally, does the choice of who's to say them. For instance, much as Nikita Denise is a hot performer - terrific hip action in the reverse cowgirl with Kyle Stone, plus three anal positions and plenty of ass-to-mouth - nobody's going to believe that someone with that strong an accent could possibly be a television executive. The finale, with AnnMarie as a "rocket scientist," isn't quite as embarrassing, but then, neither is the sex quite as hot.
