Nearly a dozen girls willingly submit to the tried and true casting couch routine. The word "confessions" in the title has a strong bearing on the actual content as, from start to messy finish upon various body areas, each girl talks continuously with Tyce Buné as he follows an interview with a quickie. His nosy questions about their sex life, and their reasonably honest answers, are punctuation by prodding from his prick. A good case could be made that this routine of getting the girls to talk dirty serves as a stimuli for Buné as well as the viewer. Talk gets 'em hot.

With the exception of the first scene, which features Taren Hayes and Kiana (who does anal) in a girl/girl and threesome with Buné, it is all straightforward one-on-one sex with no anal. The fun is watching the girls try to answer questions in a normal tone of voice as they are getting laid. Occasionally their voice rises, eyes widen a bit, and facial expressions and body movement express enjoyment.
