This begins with yet another in the seemingly endless reissues of Tera Patrick footage; in this case, it is her famous fire truck scene with Randy Spears. Fortunately, this is not a reissue or comp; rather, it is in more of a somewhat instructional video where a separate camera documents the production from stills, retakes, various camera angles, and more. Explanations of what is shown is heard by director Jon Yuma as well as by on-screen comments.

The other scenes are similar but not quite as involved. For example, Jessica Drake is shown clowning around skinnydipping between scenes in a Jacuzzi with Nic Cramer, Inari Vachs gets a pop shot from different angles, and more as they combine fun and work. Minute for minute there is less sex than behind-the-scenes footage. Heat and passion is secondary here over entertainment.
