Not one of the hornier volumes of this small-tit series, though the idea of flat-chested girls being considered "handicapped" is pretty funny. Mia Starr and her tiny-titted painting crew have been hired to paint Mark Cummings' house, but Cummings isn't too thrilled with this mandatory "hiring the handicapped" policy. It takes an okay multi-positional from Starr to convince him she and her crew will do a fine job. Sole highlight is Dru Berrymore and Rafe in a hot doggie and facial combo; the rest is average and the obligatory body-painting scene between Kimmy and Dave Hardman is just lame.
