Too much of a good thing can be excruciating, funny and erotic, as Dannual Lewis shows squealing Andrea Renee and Rose. As the landlord who is willing to reduce the girls' rent in return for some straightforward tickle "torture," Lewis plays his charges like pianos, building the pleasure slowly and never granting release.

Low production values are saved by sharp editing. The bondage is excellent and effective, the tickling genuine and ingenious, the giggles and groans authentic. Lewis, whose eyes sometimes gleam maniacally, knows how to increase their torment with his use of words as much as he does with his nimble fingers. The Christmas tree and the title indicate this may have been intended as seasonal fare, but the subject holds year-round interest.
