Reviews

Here's a vaguely surreal tale of Kitty Marie's journey from frigid "good girl" to slutty porn whore, with a Satanic character assisting her transformation.

Joel Lawrence has the misfortune of being married to sex-hating Kitty. He has to cheat; it's survival. Lawrence and Aria have the hottest scene in this tape, though we wish the music that's dubbed over it had been absent. A fast 'n' furious blowjob, doggie and doggie-anal all work; the flashy editing tricks aren't necessary.

Problem is, Lawrence's buttfuck with Aria makes him late for his anniversary celebration with Kitty. She's so annoying that he admits he's fucking someone else. "I don't even like her; she's just hot!" he screams, earning himself a one-way ticket to homelessness. Kitty's so distraught that she delivers a maudlin monologue to a video camera, and then runs a bath in order to slash her wrists and die. Whether or not she's dead in a literal or metaphorical sense is the main focus of the story. She appears to wake up after drowning, claiming she couldn't go through with it. "I don't exist," she tells the camera, "I can do whatever I want."

And what she wants is to fuck, fuck, fuck. She teaches herself how to be a slut by renting a porn vid; it's a decent threeway with Katie Morgan, Mickey G. and another girl.

"The mark of a true slut is to fuck anyone, any time," Kitty insists. Enter Evan Stone, made up as a cross between a lounge act Satan, Alice Cooper (circa Love It To Death) and Malcolm McDowell in A Clockwork Orange. Stone plays The Slutmeister or something similarly "evil" whose chief duty it is to educate Kitty in the ways of pubic hairstyles and sleazy sex (a decent threeway between Stone and two cute blondes). When Ian Daniels shows up on Kitty's doorstep, Stone encourages her to "blow his mind" - and when she does an adequate job fucking him, he sets her up with an shifty porn agent. She "wakes up" again - is this real? A dream? Are she and Lawrence actually porn actors? Their mish and doggie provides little clue, as does the atmospheric "ending" - or as David Cronenberg scripted so beautifully in eXistenZ, "Are we still in the game?"

Technical aspects are above average, as is the story and the tape as a whole.
