It's an interesting concept: scantily clad nurses at a mental institution take advantage of their insane patients. The same nurses show their own deranged tendencies during rambling monologues that begin each scene that come off eerily good. In terms of the sex, each scene has its bright spots, but the hottest pairing goes to Mia Smiles and Chris Cannon. Cannon nails the Asian hottie on the edge of a table missionary and doggie style and it's captured with some excellent angles from director Billy Moon.

Other highlights include Zana's standing doggie style turn with Cheyne Collins, Kianna's doggie round with Brett Rockman and Monica Mayhem's sexy tease before her quickie with Tyler Wood.
