Kyle Stone is having trouble with his real estate agent (Kelly Warner). It seems that she is neglecting the sale of Stone's house in order to pursue more favorable opportunities. This leaves Stone with two mortgages, and he just can't have that. This prompts him to exact revenge upon the incorrigible woman.

After manipulating her back to the property under false pretenses for an open house, Stone renders Warner unconscious, and what follows is a basic rape fantasy that includes Warner getting tied up in a variety of positions with plastic ties. Stone also manages some light spanking, groping and even a titty twister (sorry, no noogie or wet willy) before getting to the actual sex which lasts all of two minutes. All of this (including the "foreboding" Halloween music) is fairly boring, lacking in intensity and drawn out, but the production values are good and Warner is cute enough.
