This is pretty straight-ahead stuff.  The four gals are locked up in the pokey, and Buck Adams plays the crooked jailer who cuts 'em a deal: liberate his weed whacker, and he'll set them free.  The rest of the tape consists of Adams probing every orifice he can fit into, with the ladies taking the occasional break to lick the sweat off each other's bodies.  Better than it sounds, but not that much better.
